Ms. Lorena Cardama is the founder of the Cardama Law Firm, P.A., where she has dedicated 10 years of her career helping families through their most sensitive moments which include: divorce, paternity cases, child support and adoption.

Ms. Cardama is also the co-founder of the WestArt District, where together with her husband, Gil Ramos and their business partner, are helping in revitalizing the Parramore area by providing the canvas for social contribution. They have brought together aerosol artist to showcase their talents, all while creating a safe environment for under privileged children and for artist of all kinds.

Ms. Cardama has taken her experience creating a successful law practice, as well as her knowledge in helping other companies and professionals take their businesses to the next level, and has created a coaching company named Legal Edge Coaching. She is dedicated to helping business owners reach their business and personal goals by encouraging action and change in behavior based on increased self-awareness and commitment.

Mrs. Cardama is also a published writer. Her articles have helped hundreds of people dealing with divorce and self- growth.

She is highly involved with the community; she has been a volunteer of Teen Court since 1998 and is now serving as Teen Court Judge. She dedicates her time to teach young teenagers how to value the opportunities that are being provided to them and lead them in the right direction to pursue their careers. Ms. Cardama has received awards from the Supreme Court of Florida; the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar; the Florida Pro Bono Coordinators Association’s lapel pin in recognition for her exceptional pro bono services, three years in a row; the prestigious Guardian of Justice Award from Community Legal Services of Mid Florida for her devotion in protecting children’s rights, 2 years in a row; and the Osceola County Teen Court Pro Bono Award from the Community Legal Services of Mid Florida. Mrs. Cardama has been awarded Adult Volunteer of the Year from Teen Court in 2014, Family Law Attorney of the year, and 2017 ‘Woman in Law’ award.

During Mrs. Cardama’s spare time, she loves to spend quality time with her husband and children. She is a step-mother to Anthony (15), Bella (13), and a mother to her identical twin girls, Aracelys and Aryanna (9) and her fraternal twins, Jessenia and Jaiden (1).

“I am a strong believer that family comes first, I work hard all day, but when I get home it is time for my family. It is important that my children feel that they are my priority. I am part of a happily blended family (or your new “Modern Family”) and it is important for my husband and I to spend as much quality time as possible with our children by traveling and teaching them world cultures and still be able to balance our family time with our professional careers,” states Ms. Cardama.
