Premier Cardiology and Vascular Associates

Dr. Parikh was raised here in Central Florida and graduated from Osceola High School. He attended the University of Miami for his Bachelor’s Degree and completed medical school at the University of South Florida. He returned to Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital for his Residency, and to University of Florida-Shands Hospital, Jacksonville, for his Cardiology Fellowship. 

Dr. Parikh is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases as well as Nuclear Medicine. He has practiced Cardiology in Central Florida since 2000 and has privileges at the Orlando Health and Advent Hospital Systems.  

Dr. Parikh is genuinely interested in the well-being of his patients and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of cardiology. He is known for his ability to make sure his patients are comfortable and well informed about what is going on with them. He takes an holistic approach to treating his patients and is known to emphasize a good cardiac lifestyle which includes exercise, diet, and stress management. Dr. Parikh and his staff will go the “extra mile” to ensure that their patient’s wellbeing is prioritized.

Dr. Parikh is also interested in the well-being of his community. He has served on the Board for the Orange County Medical Society, A Gift for Teaching and is active in several other charities and organizations like the Indian American Chamber of Commerce as well as the Central FL Association for Physicians from India.  Finally, he is a big fan of the Orlando Magic. With all his efforts professionally and personally, he truly lives up to his practice’s motto: “Changing Lives Every Day.”
