Beth’s Burger Bar – Orlando’s Best Burger

Beth Steele, originally from Upstate New York, now thrives in Orlando, Florida. Endearingly called “Wonder Woman” by her loved ones, Beth is known for her resilience, drive, and remarkable achievements across multiple industries. She’s the force behind several thriving ventures: Team Staffing Services, Shades Hopes Dreams, Beth’s Burger Bar, and Hooker Booker. A passionate offshore angler, she also won the 2022 Swordfish Tournament, further earning her superhero nickname.
Beth founded Team Staffing Services in 1995, focusing on light industrial, hospitality, and clerical staffing. Thanks to her hard work and exceptional relationship-building skills, the company has grown into one of Central Florida’s premier staffing firms. It’s been recognized among the “Top 20 Woman-Owned Businesses” and “Top 20 Staffing Agencies,” helping thousands find employment throughout the region.
In 2011, after losing her mother, Joyce Steele, to cancer, Beth launched the nonprofit Shades Hopes Dreams. The organization honors her mother’s legacy by supporting cancer patients and their families, inspired by Joyce’s strength and courage.
Beth’s entrepreneurial ventures continued with the launch of Beth’s Burger Bar in 2012. Known for its creative, build-your-own burgers, the restaurant has expanded to five locations and earned awards like Orlando Magazine’s “Best Burger” and “Best Late-Night Dining” from 2016 to 2024.
A member of the Edgewood City Council, Beth actively supports causes like Big Brothers Big Sisters, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and local schools. When she’s not leading her businesses or giving back, she’s likely out fishing or running Hooker Booker. Her current personal best catch? A 444-pound swordfish—just another reason she’s earned her reputation as a true “Woman of Steel.”
