Where Do We Go? World Tour

International singing icon Billie Eilish is bringing her Where Do We Go? World Tour to Orlando’s Amway Center on March 10.

At the young age of 18, Eilish has championed top-40 music with her own somber spin on the indie electronic sound, crafting tracks both melodious and mournful that coax her ethereal voice down a dark, winding road.

With her 2019 debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, the California-born singer brought her gloomy alternative anthems to the forefront of pop radio and garnered millions of worldwide fans, marking the release the best-performing album of 2019. In January, Eilish and her album stunned at the 2020 Grammy Awards, winning five of the six awards for which she was nominated. With Best Pop Vocal Album, Best New Artist, Album of the Year, and Record and Song of the Year for “Bad Guy,” Eilish is surprisingly just beginning.

A Los Angeles native, Eilish was quite at home in an atmosphere of creativity, growing up in a family of musicians and actors, including her famous elder brother, Finneas O’Connell, who produced Eilish’s groundbreaking album in his small bedroom studio. After finding her soulful voice in the Los Angeles Children’s Choir at age eight, the melancholy songstress developed an unforgettable vocal style that would one day capture the attention of a listening world.

Prior to creating the album that would lead to her Grammy sweep, Eilish was a simple teenager who had suddenly begun gaining a devoted fanbase with pensive, peculiar lyrics that spoke to the angsty, the anxious, and the emotional, not running from pressing issues like mental health and heartbreak.

Following the achievements of her more pop-driven “Six Feet Under” and “Fingers Crossed,” Eilish shared her airy single “Ocean Eyes,” showcasing her fascinating ability to procure beauty from despondency, as well as her capacity to speak to hearts everywhere—the song surpassed 14 million online streams.

Today, Eilish owes her success to the ardent dedication of her fans, whose enthusiasm and affection led to her Where Do We Go? World Tour selling out within only days after tickets went on sale, with 500,000 tickets sold in North America, South America, and Europe within the first hour. The 2020 42-date tour is the artist’s most impressive and visionary tour she has headlined, as it comes on the heels of Eilish’s Grammy wins and the influence of her chart-topping single “Bad Guy.”

Perhaps Eilish’s greatest strength is her capability to connect with a generation of music listeners searching for the authentic and sincere. With every song, every lyric, Eilish finds unique ways to relate to her fans, understanding how they are feeling and eager to show the universality of these feelings—no matter how morose they may sound when set to music.

Billie Eilish’s Where Do We Go? World Tour is going to be one of the most highly anticipated tour stops at the Amway Center this year, as Eilish’s trendsetting and trailblazing career will surely set the soundtrack of the decade. You won’t want to miss this incredible music event.
