Brandon Sapp Law PLLC
Brandon Sapp is the Founding Partner of Brandon Sapp Law PLLC, a leading law firm in Orlando known for its expertise in personal injury and criminal defense. A native of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Brandon earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. After law school, he moved to Orlando and began his legal career.
Brandon’s diverse legal background includes working at the Public Defender of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, at a large defense firm, as well as gaining significant experience at one of the largest personal injury firms in the United States. Today, he handles a broad spectrum of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and criminal defense.
A passionate leader in the legal community, Brandon has held various leadership positions at both the local and state levels. He is a Past President of the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association and previously served on the Ninth Circuit Board of Governors of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. He is also a current Board Member of the Orange County Bar Association Executive Council, the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, the Citrus Club Young Executive Board, Vice Chair of the Florida Bar Leadership Academy, among many other roles.
Brandon’s dedication to his profession has earned him numerous accolades, including recognition as National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, a Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” a Florida Trend Legal Elite “Up and Comer,” and a Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch.” He’s also been previously named Orlando Family Magazine’s Awesome Attorney for Civil Litigation, National Bar Association Young Lawyers Division “Young Lawyer of the Week”, and the 2024 Orange County Bar Association Lawrence G. Mathews Jr. Young Lawyer Professionalism Award.
