SeaCasas — gifts and arts unique boutique

SeaCasas boutique was founded six years ago by business guru Brenda Carter de Treville. After a senior marketing management stint at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex for several years, Carter de Treville created her vision to foster an inviting setting – a unique place with one-of-a-kind original art and gifts.

“I wanted to create something different, an environment where you feel happy and at home, surrounded by thoughtful and carefully selected treasures, including hand-crafted art, hand-blown glass, custom jewelry and rare fun items,” she adds.

SeaCasas is full of color, light and aromas to touch all the senses. And Carter de Treville and her team are happy to help guests find just the right piece to decorate their home, create a memory to take home from their Flagler Beach boutique visit or design custom art jewelry.

A graduate of both the University of Central Florida (Orlando) and the University of Florida (Gainesville), Carter de Treville has directed companies with international clients. She is the youngest publicist ever hired in the Marketing Publicity Department pre-opening for Walt Disney World. She handled the largest expansion in the history of Florida Cypress Gardens for Founder Dick Pope, Sr. and served on the corporate marketing committee at Six Flags as well as two of its attractions.

She personally developed more than $31 million in new business and support monies in less than 18 months for one corporate international creative ad agency. For 35 years she directed her own marketing and strategic planning company Marketing Image Group. Clients of her firm were varied and included various hospitals, hotels/resorts/attractions, celebrities in the sports and entertainment industries, land development companies; physician groups; community health centers and health coalitions; as well as management companies, television and radio stations, financial institutions, manufacturing companies, retail centers and non-profit organizations. She is often a bylined-published author and has produced and hosted a daily radio show on a Florida local CNN/CBS radio affiliate for three years. She is currently working on a series of children’s books.

“SeaCasas is a dream setting for my love of art and design, and Flagler Beach was the place I wanted to make it happen,” Carter de Treville said. “As a Florida native, I knew this was home after Orlando, and each day is so special coming into the boutique. Clients with SeaCasas treasures are from around the world! And we love welcoming them back over and over.”
