Dr. Cecilia Rusnak, LME, AP, DAc is a licensed Acupuncture Physician, Paramedical Aesthetician, and Master Educator with more than three decades of experience in integrative health, oncology pain management, and medical aesthetics. She is the founder of AcuMedGroup Wellness Center, Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics, Dr. Rusnak Academy, and Dr. Rusnak Wellness Skincare, where she merges Eastern medicine, science, and artistry to promote total mind-body restoration.
Dr. Rusnak holds a Doctorate in Oncology Pain Management from Pacific College of Health and Science, a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine, and a Bachelor of Professional Health Studies from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine. She completed advanced clinical internships at Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine under Dr. Shui and Kunmin Yuan An Hospital under Dr. Zhang. Licensed in Acupuncture Injection Therapy, Clean Needle Technique, and Intramuscular Injection in Florida, she also holds twelve certifications in paramedical scar camouflage, stretch-mark revision, 3D areola reconstruction, and realism tattooing.
As an outpatient clinic for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Dr. Rusnak is dedicated to serving her veteran community through holistic and integrative care, helping patients reduce pain, manage trauma, and regain mobility naturally. She also works closely with oncology patients, specializing in post-surgical care and 3D areola restoration to help survivors heal both physically and emotionally.
Through Dr. Rusnak Wellness Skincare, she formulates science-based products infused with niacinamide, silicone, and bio-peptides to restore and rejuvenate compromised skin. Her platforms, Dr. Rusnak TV and Heal.TV, educate and inspire audiences on holistic healing and integrative beauty.
A recipient of El Josco Award for Health Excellence (2025), PMU Women of Color Beauty Business Innovator of the Year (2025), and Doctor of the Year by Orlando Style Magazine, Dr. Rusnak continues to heal, educate, and empower one patient, one student, and one story at a time.
