C.J. Hilliard Law, P.A.
Claire was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, where she grew up surrounded by a strong sense of community and resilience. Raised by two dedicated police officers, Claire developed an early appreciation for service, discipline, and justice. These values shaped her outlook on life and influenced her academic and professional pursuits.
In 2001, Claire’s family relocated to Central Florida, where she would go on to become a part of the pioneering class at Olympia High School. As a founding member of the school’s inaugural student body, Claire embraced the opportunities and challenges that came with helping shape the new institution, excelling both in academics and extracurricular activities.
After high school, Claire obtained her bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida and went on to Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law on an academic scholarship. While at Barry, Claire was known for her dedication to academic excellence, strong work ethic, and her passion for helping the community.
Throughout her career, Claire has continued to draw inspiration from her roots and her experience growing up in a city that valued integrity and service. Today, she helps families in need while they navigate divorce and paternity matters, and is a light in the dark for those dealing with the probate of loved ones. Claire is deeply passionate about the law and has achieved significant success in estate planning, including appellate work related to wills and trusts. She is committed to using her legal education and skills to help members of her community avoid probate and guardianship, and is driven by the same values of justice, fairness, and service that her parents instilled in her from an early age.
