Dana was born and raised in Lakeland — in the center of the Sunshine State! After working in the corporate world, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to the real estate business. Following several years as an assistant to a top real estate team, she obtained her license in 2001 and began her successful career serving sellers and buyers throughout Central Florida.
She is the proud owner of Better Homes & Gardens Fine Living located in Celebration, Florida with branch offices in Lakeland and Winter Haven. Being a part of the BHG family, she embraces helping people feel right at home when they purchase and has an abundance of top-notch marketing tools to assist sellers (including professional photography, 3D tours, etc.). She also loves to help the agents in her office by providing many tools and resources to help them grow and succeed in their business.
In addition to owning a BHGRE franchise, she and her husband, Dane, own and operate Celebration Rental Group — a full-service property management company that offers rental services and home maintenance (including painting, handyman services, and renovations).
Family is the heart of Dana’s business. Her son is one of the brokers, her daughter-in-law is an office manager, and her husband oversees the property management company. They work together to meet all their clients’ needs.
Dana is also a very proud grandmother to two beautiful children, who love taking part in the many real estate events their Nina participates in and hosts. She believes in giving back to the community and is often involved in charity events.
Her advice for agents in the business is to become a part of a real estate office with a great culture that offers support, training, and advanced technology.
