Daniel Jacobs, MD, graduated from Stanford with an AB in history in 1982, from Kansas University School of Medicine in 1987, completed his neurology residency in 1992, and his University of Florida fellowship in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology in 1994. He is a Gator!

Dr. Jacobs has practiced in Orlando since 1997. His special interests include multiple sclerosis and dementia. He is a full professor at UCF College of Medicine.

Dr. Jacobs has published in a variety of areas of neurology and is the immediate past president of the Florida Society of Neurology. He has been a peer reviewer in Neurology since 1995.

He and his wife, Cori, have two grown children and, so far, one grandchild.

His hobbies include sailing and low-stakes poker.
