Dawood Bedrosian (also known as David) fell in love with Florida the first time he vacationed in Orlando to escape the Canadian winter in January 1997. He decided then and there to make Orlando home. Upon completing an Honors Degree in Business Administration at the University of Windsor, Canada, Dawood moved to Orlando and made his dream a reality.

At the height of the downturn in the Florida market in 2008, Dawood was presented with an incredible opportunity to team up with a real estate developer to market Florida properties to Canadian investors.
