Attorney D Jefferson Davis is the founder of the Winter Park-based JD Law Firm. For over 15 years, he has provided clients with services in Condominium & Homeowner Association Law, Real Estate, Residential Foreclosure Services and Business Litigation and curative Title Services for Investors.
Mr. Davis is a proud third-generation Winter Park resident and devoted father of 4. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he majored in Business Administration (Finance) and earned his law degree from Florida State University School of Law. His Bar Admissions include The Florida Bar and The U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. He also holds a Florida Real Estate License and is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section & the Condominium and Planned Development Committee.
His personalized approach provides clients with on demand access for their legal issues. Mr. Davis handles all matters personally and has done so since the firm’s inception. He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), Central Florida Realty Investors (CFRI), and Community Associations Institute (CAICF).
