Dr. Ahmed Aidoo is the Medical Director, Primary Care and Sports Medicine Specialist of All Florida Family and Sports Medicine. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Fellowship trained Primary Care Sports Medicine. After he completed his Medical Training in 1998 from the Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa school of Medicine, he pursued his Masters of Public Health degree at the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Aidoo completed his Family Medicine residency training as Chief Resident at Saint Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, which was affiliated with University of Illinois, in Chicago, IL. He then moved to Florida to complete the Sports Medicine Fellowship at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, which was affiliated with University of South Florida (USF), in Tampa from 2007-2008. During that period, he served as Team Physician for the USF Bulls. Dr. Aidoo has been nationally recognized as Diplomate of American Board of Family Medicine, member of American College of Sports Medicine and American Academy Of Family Medicine.
In 2009 Dr. Aidoo founded All Florida Family and Sports Medicine located in Kissimmee and Saint Cloud, which serves communities from these Counties; Osceola, Orange (Orlando area) and Polk. In solidifying his commitment to give back to the community, he voluntarily served for about 10 years as the Team Physician for Osceola High School Football team (Kowboys) until 2020. In 2020, he served the team all the way to their State Championship Final Game in Tallahassee.
In October of 2020, and the peak of COVID-19, Dr. Aidoo collaborated with then former Kissimmee City Commissioner Mrs. Angela Eady and conducted multiple free COVID screening programs in the County. His passion for excellence in medical care, and compassionate patient centered approach to care over the years, demonstrates through his commitment to private practice, hospital medicine, training of nurse practitioners and medical students. After serving as Vice-Chair and Chief of Medicine for 4 years, he is currently serving as Vice-Chief of Staff at the Orlando Health; Saint Cloud Hospital. Dr. Aidoo has multiple hospital affiliations locally, and also on the medical staff of HCA Florida Osceola Hospital and AdventHealth Celebration Hospital.
Dr. Aidoo attributes his success to strong faith and family values. He is blessed with his lovely wife and four children; Laila, Chliyah, and Aishah, Abdulaleem, Sumayya and Amina. He champions a wholistic approach to patients’ wellness as well as their physical and psychological wellbeing, which is cherished by Dr. Aidoo as well. His avid love for sports like football and soccer has motivated him to pursue his career in sports medicine. In addition, he promotes and practices regular physical exercise, a healthy lifestyle and interest in traveling around the world purposefully.
Dr. Aidoo was voted Best Doctor by Patients’ Choice in 2011 and has won many accolades both locally and Internationally through charitable works. New patients are welcome to both Kissimmee and Saint Cloud Offices in Florida.
