Glen Manzano, MD, is a board certified Neurological Surgeon dedicated to offering the best in medical care to his patients.  Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr Manzano combines his background of expertise and experience to provide patients with quality care.  Earning his medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine and fellowship training in Complex Spine Surgery and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, Dr Manzano has brought his passion for neurosurgery to Central Florida.

Following the completion of his neurosurgical residency and fellowship in 2009, Dr. Manzano partnered with Dr. Razack and Spine & Brain Neurosurgery Center, providing the highest standard of neurosurgical care.  After working with Dr. Razack for two years, Dr. Manzano accepted a faculty position at the University of Miami Leonard M Miller Medical School.  While at the University, Dr Manzano held the position of Director of the Jackson Memorial Hospital Acute Spinal Cord Injury Unit and he was the Director of his department’s Spine Tumor Initiative, a multidisciplinary collaboration aimed at treating tumors of the spine.

Now back in Orlando, Dr. Manzano shares Spine & Brain Neurosurgery Center’s philosophy of maximizing conservative therapy prior to recommending surgical options.  The mission of Spine & Brain Neurosurgery Center is to help the patients receive the best medical care possible by combining a multidisciplinary team of specialized physicians with the latest technologies for improved quality of life.  Dr. Manzano is committed to educating patients about their healthcare choices and guiding his patients as they exhaust less invasive options, while offering them expert surgical care when necessary.  Offering unparalleled experience in the area of spinal care, Spine & Brain Neurosurgery Center always puts their patients first by using the latest surgical technologies.  They also offer minimally invasive procedures for those experiencing pain that may be related to sciatica, disc herniation or degeneration.
