Our Story:
Dr. Nadya Aldochine created Life Enhancing Dentistry just two short years ago with a vision to help patients experience dentistry in a positive, friendly environment, with a doctor who can be their advocate at all times. This practice is for patients that are seeking relationship centered care with excellent customer service and who value their health and their smile by being proactive about their dental needs. Dr. Nadya and her entire team believe that quality dentistry truly improves people’s lives.

Our Passion:
Here at Life Enhancing Dentistry we work with each patient individually to understand their mindset, their goals, and empowering even the most fearful patients to understand and overcome their anxiety. Dr. Nadya firmly believes in comprehensive care, she is passionate about helping patients with all levels of dental knowledge see the big picture when it comes to making important decisions about their next step of care. Whether it’s a small child that is heading off track with their dental health, a busy mother that sacrificed herself to care for others, or a person planning for a happy retirement, we strive to help people think positively and to create a unique plan for them, which matches their values and concerns.

Every dental practice starts with great leadership. Dr. Nadya invests a significant amount of her time getting to know and developing the people on her team so that they clearly understand her vision and the value of providing great service to others. As a team we are constantly working to improve ourselves in areas of communication, customer service, consistent education, and great systems. On a clinical level small details like painless anesthesia, a “comfort menu,” top rated products and materials, new equipment, accurate insurance benefit verification, relaxing music, and online appointment scheduling help to make the patient experience much more pleasant. From the moment the patient walks in the door, our duty is to keep them comfortable and well cared for.
Who We Owe Our Success To:
Dr. Nadya has been practicing dentistry for 10 years and has always been grateful for the dental education she received in Rutgers Dental School followed by a general practice residency at the prestigious Morristown Memorial Hospital in NJ. Since that time, she has met some of the most inspiring and successful dentists in U.S. and has been fortunate to have excellent mentorship while working as an associate for 7 years. She also understands the value her team brings to her practice and says “I cannot never take all the credit for the growth of our practice because I realize how many people it takes to make it so successful!”

On A Personal Level:
Dr. Nadya Aldochine was born and raised in Russia and was fortunate to immigrate to U.S. at the age of 9. She recently relocated to Orlando from NJ and resides in Lake Nona with her husband Dr. Nelson Medina, her 3-year-old son Nicholas, and they are blessed to have another baby girl on the way. Her other passion lies in competitive Latin ballroom dancing and beach volleyball as well as outdoor sports and enjoying boating and the beach life with her husband. She really values personal and spiritual growth and invests her time weekly studying with a John Maxwell leadership coach. She also belongs to a Mastermind group of like-minded dentists to stay current with the demands of business ownership.
