REALTOR ®
Dulce Andonie was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. In Honduras, she had an active career in sales, marketing and human resources management in the field of radio media communications. She moved to the United States 14 years ago and now calls Florida her home.
Dulce was strongly influenced by her grandfather, Miguel Andonie Fernandez. He was a politician and one of the founders of the political party, PINU. Her grandfather was also an entrepreneur who owned a large commercial real estate business in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She credits him with encouraging her passion for the field of real estate. And she has found that helping people become homeowners is one of her greatest joys in life.
She loves to negotiate – but more than that, she believes that everyone should have their very own home and she works to make that happen.
Dulce takes great pride in her negotiating. There have been many times when she has been successful in helping buyers that have struggled to get loan approval secure the ability to go forward with a purchase. Just this last year, when buyer’s agents were asking buyers to offer above listing price, Dulce was closing some of her transactions with appraised value of thousands of dollars above listing price.
Dulce holds a Master’s in Marketing from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid, Spain. She currently is a REALTOR® with La Rosa Realty Premier.
In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her daughter, Isabella. A passionate, life-long learner, she loves to study and learn, especially in her profession of real estate.
