Realtor

Growing up in the City of Chicago, Elizabeth learned about real estate from an early age. Her grandfather owned several apartment buildings for investments to rent out the units. He took great care of the apartments to make sure they were always maintained in excellent condition because he wanted to make sure his financial investment would appreciate and he always wanted to keep his tenants happy. He instilled in Elizabeth the pride of ownership and being successful in real estate.

Elizabeth got her real estate license in Chicago in 2003 and, as a 3rd generation Chicago born, was excited to sell in her hometown. The first house she sold was to a pediatrician at Cook County Hospital. As her client, Elizabeth helped her purchase and sell several homes within the year. However, Elizabeth’s husband was transferred to Orlando in 2005 and they have been in Central Florida ever since.

Elizabeth got her Florida real estate license in 2007 and started with Coldwell Banker Realty. Her father-in-law was also with Coldwell Banker in the Silicon Valley/Bay Area and had been for 36 years. He was also a great mentor and knew the key to success in real estate was the relationships with people. Elizabeth has had the privilege of helping clients purchase their first home or a vacation home or an investment home or to downsize. Each client is unique and special. Each transaction is different and can have its own set of challenges.

Elizabeth works with the #1 Real Estate company in the state of Florida, the best title company, the best lenders and the best team because the goal is to have a successful closing. Elizabeth has lifelong clients that return for their second or third home purchases or to build their investment portfolio. Relationships, trust and knowledge are the fundamental elements of success in real estate.

Elizabeth has grown her career in Central Florida and has seen Central Florida grow as well. It has been an exciting time to live here. Orlando now has the best in sports and theatre such as Orlando City Soccer Club, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, ICON Park and Orlando Museum of Art. It is ranked as one of the best places to live. Elizabeth loves the community and the people.

She has 3 children and her younger 2 are in college. She has a freshman at the University of Florida and a junior at Florida State University. Her oldest graduated from FSU and now works for Lockheed Martin. She and her husband are proud parents and have been contributors of the athletic boosters and fine arts programs. Her husband of 29 years, Dave, is an Executive Director at Advent Health. They are deeply rooted in Central Florida and want to help make it better everyday.

Elizabeth wants everyone that relocates here to know they are making the right decision. Everyone looking to sell or buy has their own story to tell based on their unique situation. Elizabeth has helped clients that want to purchase in Oviedo to be near UCF or that want to play golf in Eagle Creek in Lake Nona or that want to live in Wekiva to be near family. Real Estate is exciting and crucial to providing the greatest asset and value. Elizabeth is grateful to serve Central Florida and is honored to be named a 5 STAR ORLANDO REALTOR.
