Heather C. Kirson, Managing Partner

Ms. Kirson is a founding member and managing partner of The Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller. Attorney Kirson is a Florida Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and Immediate Past President of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys (AFELA). She concentrates her practice in the areas of complex Medicaid planning, guardianship and probate. Heather also handles litigation in the areas of undue influence and exploitation of the elderly and disabled, guardianship, and probate. With a background as an associate geriatric care manager, Attorney Kirson brings a wealth of practical knowledge and experience to her practice of elder law. She innately understands the issues clients and their loved ones are facing and works diligently to ensure that the client’s quality of life is optimized when facing illness and disability. Attorney Kirson built the firm as a welcoming place where clients can secure peace of mind, while providing a family-friendly work environment for her staff. Ms. Kirson has been recognized as Thompson Reuters Super Lawyer since 2017, and was voted one of the Top 50 Attorneys in Orlando by her peers in 2022.

Renee V. Peppy, Partner

Ms. Peppy is a Partner of The Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller. She is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York, and her practice is primarily devoted to guardianship litigation and administration. Her background in domestic relations law has afforded her valuable insight into the family dynamic that is prevalent in guardianship matters, and she is passionate about the protection of the elder population and vulnerable adults. Her peer recognition and professional achievements have earned her recognition as a Thompson Reuters Super Lawyer since 2021. She is a current board member of the Florida State Guardianship Association (FSGA) and of Cornerstone Hospice and is an active member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. Among her professional endeavors is her commitment to the Guardian Ad Litem program in Central Florida as an advocate for children who have been abused or neglected. Ms. Peppy has been consistently recognized for exceptional pro bono service by the Florida Supreme Court, the Ninth Judicial Circuit, and the Board of Trustees of the Legal Aid Society for the Orange County Bar Association.
