Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney
Jacinda D. Beraud is a litigation insurance defense attorney with experience in bodily injury and first-party property cases. Prior to joining Walker, Revels, Greninger, PLLC, Jacinda worked at DSK Law, where she honed her skills in fraud and injury litigation. This background has uniquely equipped her with an exceptional eye for detail. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Jacinda graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. After graduation, she pursued a second bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from National Paralegal College. Jacinda worked as a paralegal in Georgia before returning to Central Florida. While earning her Juris Doctor from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University’s College of Law, she also worked as a legal assistant for an insurance defense firm specializing in workers’ compensation. Her professional experience, coupled with being raised by parents in the medical field, provides her with a wealth of knowledge to advise clients effectively.
In addition to her legal work, Jacinda has presented at The Florida Bar’s Annual Convention as part of the Business Law Section’s eDiscovery Committee CLE, covering case law updates and ethical implications for attorneys. She remains an active member of various voluntary bar organizations in the Central Florida area.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jacinda enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her German Shorthaired Pointer. She also finds joy in cooking and baking for loved ones, as well as spending time outdoors with her dog.
