Chiropractic Physician
Jae Oh, D.C. is a chiropractic physician with special interests in sports medicine and musculoskeletal pain. He graduated with a chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and a bachelor’s degree in molecular and microbiology from the University of Central Florida. He has former experience as an EMT clinical technician at Orlando Health ORMC Emergency Department, where he developed relationships with the medical team, some of whom are now his colleagues that co-manage patients together.
Dr. Jae is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and is involved with Palmer College’s preceptorship program to help educate and gain first-hand experience to upcoming graduates. He is also a guest lecturer with Nova Southeastern University and shares his perspective on conservative treatment approach and the importance of co-management within healthcare professions. The types of patients he sees include acute and chronic neck and low back pain, headaches, TMJD, pregnancy-related pain, shoulder/hip pain, and disc herniations.
He is honored to have joined Pavlik Center for Health & Wellness in late 2017 and makes it a personal mission to provide a passionate care approach while getting patients back to health and wellness. “Working in a practice where patients can easily access chiropractic, medical management/PRP therapy, primary medical care, digital X-rays, exercise/massage therapy, and acupuncture allows me to work and understand what true healthcare can be and will be,” says Dr. Jae.
As part of the CrossFit and gym community, helping people of all ages and athletic-experience levels is what he values and aims to do every day. “We all need to get up and get moving, eat cleaner, change our negative habits, and you will live better and healthier.”
