Dr. Jae Oh is an Orlando chiropractic physician with special interests in sports medicine and musculoskeletal pain. He graduated Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida and a bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida.
He has former experience as an EMT advanced clinical technician at Orlando Health ORMC Emergency Department, where he developed relationships with the medical team, some of whom are now his colleagues that co-manage patients together.
In addition to his practice, he enjoys constantly learning new methods and being a guest lecturer at Nova Southeastern University, Orlando campus, to the physician assistant students. He shares his perspective on conservative treatment methods and the importance of collaborative care within healthcare professions, as this will result in the best possible outcome of every patient.
He sees acute and chronic neck and back pain, disc bulges and herniations, headaches, TMJD, pre and post-natal care, shoulder/hip pain and treats with manual and instrument adjusting techniques, manual therapy, spinal decompression therapy, corrective exercises and dry needling.
“I’ve been through a severe low back injury with nerve compression and recovered fully without any limitations, so I know what it takes to get back to normal. Just know that YOU CAN GET BETTER.”
Being part of the CrossFit and exercise community, helping people of all age groups and experience levels is what he aims to do every day. “I think a lot of healthcare providers just need to listen to their patients and dive deep into their history with each visit; most of their pain stem from repetitive positions and habitual movements, so if that doesn’t get corrected, it will be a constant cycle of acute exacerbations.”
Let’s all just get up and keep on moving!
