Jane Dunkelberger has been a Windermere resident since 2006, and a active  member of Orlando Realtors Real Estate Association since 2013. With her background in Sales and Restaurant management, Real Estate was a natural transition which fit her personality of having a passion for helping others. Concentrating on the new communities of her area, gave her a sense of confidence of learning what each community had to offer, so she could match a buyer’s needs and hobbies to a certain area. Focusing her ability of learning where to find ready to move in homes, and understanding the growth and the continual change of population which plays a domino effect on rezoning, Jane is the one her colleagues call to get the latest on new schools, and school zone changes.

When Jane is not actively assisting others in real estate, she focuses her spare time to her community, for community advocacy is her passion. She has served on many boards throughout the community, including HOAs and advisory boards. If she is not volunteering at her children’s school, you could find her volunteering in non-profit she co-created, Legacy Events for Education, which raises money for scholarships for seniors based on community outreach, conduct, and academic performance, Last year, Legacy was able to raise funds for 21 scholarships, in honor of the Class of 2021. Their motto is “It’s not what you take from the world, it’s what you leave behind!”

She has also served on the Orange County Parks and Recreation Board, by serving 2 years at District 1 Rep for Parks and Rec. During her time, she helped facilitate the opening of the Lakeside Village Park, and the Deputy Scott Pine Park and Wolverine Fieldhouse. 

She was also recognized by Homesnap in the top agent category for “Fastest Growing Agent” for 2021, and has been recognized as being in the Top 20% in the Nation as “Most recommended by Google” in 2020. She was also inducted into the Million Dollar Club by the Orlando Regional Realtors Association, by becoming a bronze producer in 2020.
