Jeff Feulner, the firm’s founder and managing attorney, understands that this statement is more than just a motto—it is the guiding philosophy he follows for all his clients. Many of the fathers and husbands that Jeff represents begin their case with a presumption that, in the face of a divorce, their role as a father will inevitably be diminished. Jeff and his team are dedicated to showing each of his clients that relationships may end, but fatherhood doesn’t have to.

Jeff’s path to becoming a family law attorney began at the age of 19, when he first became a father. Determined to succeed parentally as well as academically, he went on to graduate from Rollins College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior, and subsequently received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 1997. Over the course of his journey, from a young father just starting out, to the experienced professional he is today, he gained not only an expert familiarity with Florida family law but a personal understanding of the unique obstacles and challenges his clients face.

In 2004, Jeff founded the Men’s Divorce Law Firm. Since its inception, the firm has helped over six thousand of Florida’s husbands and fathers receive the legal help they need during what may be one of the most difficult and emotionally taxing moments of their life. Since the firm’s founding, Jeff has been awarded a distinguished AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which acknowledges lawyers with the highest ethical standards and professional excellence.
