Jeffrey M. Feiner, MD, FACS is a Board-Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with unique and extensive expertise in breast surgery. His private practice offers the full spectrum of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breasts and body. He is honored to be recognized as one of Orlando’s “Doctors of the Year”.
Dr. Feiner completed his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his medical doctorate from the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, graduating first in his class. Dr. Feiner was one of only two fellows accepted into the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital/University of Maryland Plastic Surgery Residency program in 2005, where he trained under some of the finest plastic surgeons in the world. His performance and love of teaching culminated in receiving the Johns Hopkins Plastic Surgery Residency Teaching Award, a coveted honor bestowed by his peers and medical students for excellence in teaching. He has been published in numerous scientific journals and textbooks.
Dr. Feiner is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgery. He holds membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery (ASRM), and the American College of Surgeons (ACS).
Patients needing breast reconstruction will find one of a select few plastic surgeons in the country with microvascular training and experience, having performed several hundred DIEP flap breast reconstruction procedures. He is an expert in microsurgery and has tackled some of the most complex and challenging reconstructive patients in Orlando. It is this wealth of experience that sets him apart from other plastic surgeons and he is often sought after by patients to correct or revise previous surgeries.

Every surgery is thoroughly explained using illustrations and photographs to demonstrate what to expect. 24-hour concierge service is always directly available to patients by phone, text or e-mail in case there are any questions about surgery or recovery.
In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Feiner also serves as Medical Director for the Compassionate Hands and Hearts Breast Cancer Outreach, founded by breast cancer survivor and journalist Vanessa Echols.
