Neurology & Neurodiagnostics, LLC

Approaching its 10-year anniversary, Neurology & Neurodiagnostics, LLC is a private practice that has been delivering high-quality Neurological care to the Lake Mary area. The practice is led by triple board-certified, and fellowship-trained Neurologist Dr. Ros-Escalante. Dr Ros-Escalante is affiliated with the AdventHealth Neuroscience Institute in Orlando, and has privileges at Central Florida AdventHealth hospitals with AdventHealth Altamonte as his main campus. He collaborates with Katherine Matos, a board-certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner who also has privileges at AdventHealth hospitals.  They both have the support of a “Dream Team’’ of medical and office professionals.  The practice prioritizes efforts in accommodating post-hospitalization visits for their patients after being seen in consultation at AdventHealth. The team is proud to be an intimate practice full of energy and enthusiasm in providing the best possible care to their community.

At the practice, they specialize in caring for adults with neurological disorders, in addition to having a special interest in treating patients with neuromuscular disorders. Dr. Ros-Escalante prides himself in having the highest level of training and credentials in nerve conduction and electromyography studies. Having completed in excess of ten thousand of these investigations in the years since his fellowship, makes him one of the most experienced specialists in the Orlando area.  He personally performs nerve conduction and electromyography evaluations, ensuring the highest quality of data is obtained.  Such data is critical to the adequate interpretation of neurological disorders of the peripheral nervous system, such as generalized neuropathies, radiculopathies (pinched nerves at the neck and/or lower back); mononeuropathies like carpal tunnel syndrome, tarsal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy at elbow, and peroneal neuropathies; myopathies or muscle disorders, and neuromuscular junction disorders such as Myasthenia Gravis and Lambert Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome.
