Attorney Kathleen S. Davies founded The Davies Law Firm, LLC in 2009 to support those enduring difficult times. With a Master’s Degree in negotiations and extensive trial experience, Ms. Davies excels in helping clients reach their best outcomes through collaboration, mediation, negotiations, or trial.
After earning her law degree from the University of Florida, Ms. Davies began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami, Florida. She distinguished herself in homicide cases and was promoted to Division Chief under Janet Reno. Ms. Davies then served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington, D.C., prosecuting public corruption and gang homicide cases for ten years, completing over 100 jury trials.
Ms. Davies took a brief hiatus to teach law in Kaliningrad, Russia as a Fulbright Scholar. She then studied at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, where she was honored as a Littauer Fellow for her leadership and academic excellence. After working on a class action lawsuit against “Big Tobacco” in Washington, D.C., she returned to Florida to be closer to her family.
In Orlando, Ms. Davies focused on civil law, training under top personal injury lawyers before opening her own firm. She provides personal injury and family law clients with exceptional service.
