Dr. Lourdes Benes is a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in Cognitive & Memory Disorders and Movement Disorders. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in treating patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer’s, Frontotemporal Dementia, Lewy Body Dementia, and Parkinson’s. A distinguished speaker and thought leader in brain health and cognitive fitness, Dr. Benes creates innovative, personalized training programs designed to optimize acuity and overall well-being.

As a faculty member at the UCF College of Medicine, Dr. Benes is dedicated to educating the next generation of neurologists. She serves as the Neurology Clerkship Site Director, mentoring medical students and residents while contributing to the advancement of neurological care and research.
