Dr. Soto is driven by her compassion and the special bonds she forms with her patients and is well-known by her peers as a kind and very thorough physician that takes time with her patients to provide the education needed for patients to understand their condition and its management.

Dr. Soto was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. She obtained her medical degree at Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine at Virginia Tech as a U.S. Army Second Lieutenant with the Army Health Professions Scholarship Program. Upon her medical school graduation, Dr. Soto was promoted to the rank of Captain and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in San Antonio Military Medical Center located at Fort Sam Houston, TX. Currently, she is working for Innovacare Health Orlando Family Physicians (OFP) same day access center, which is a program she helped to establish with the company, to provide acute outpatient care to OFP patients with acute or decompensated conditions. At the OFP same day center, she provides acute outpatient care including any medical procedures and interventions required to prevent ER visits and hospitalizations, thus reducing health care costs.

When not at work, she enjoys latin dancing and spending time with her family, friends, and puppy. She also loves the beach and traveling!
