Mary Carpousis has established a reputation as a consummate real estate professional (please see Trulia/Zillow customer reviews). Mary Carpousis is a seasoned real estate professional based in Central Florida. Mary grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Indiana University. After working for Coca-Cola in Orlando 28 years ago as a spokesperson, she decided to transition and use those skills in real estate. In 1998, she started a career as a Central Florida Residential Real Estate Expert and quickly found that she loved the real estate industry.
With her well-rounded experience in all areas of the industry, Mary has combined her strong level of professionalism to become a multi-million-dollar producer. In 2021, she was recognized as a top producer and awarded Chairman’s Circle Gold Award through Berkshire Hathaway home service Results Realty.
Her strong business acumen earned Mary her New Home Co-Broker Designation.In this role, her business doubled as she helped clients achieve their mortgage goals.
In addition, as a problem solver and astute negotiator, she utilizes her New Home Co-Broker Designation to help clients find solutions and deliver outstanding results. This drew the attention of sponsors of the New Home Builder Convention in 2017, where they invited Mary as a guest speaker to share successful tips with fellow Realtors.
As a realtor, it is her priority to provide her clients with concierge service. Mary has been successful in helping clients buy and sell in Palm Beach, Central Florida, and on the West Coast. She has been featured in “The Real Deal,” a real estate news magazine based in South Florida and North Palm Beach.
Mary dedicates time to give back by being on the committee for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which focuses on research for pediatric catastrophic diseases. She is also on the committee for the Mrs. Florida Pageant and Autism speaks.
In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her 3 children, family, and friends.
