Melissa D. Crowley is honored to be recognized as one of the top women in the law by Orlando Style Magazine. Those who know her describe her as a seasoned trial attorney. She currently runs the Orlando office of The Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, where she advocates for individuals injured due to the negligence of others.
A proud double Gator, Melissa earned both her Bachelor of Science in Finance and her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. During law school, she developed a strong interest in advocating on behalf of others. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, giving her a unique edge in understanding the financial impact of injury claims. To this day, she credits her education for her ability to negotiate effectively.
With more than a decade of litigation experience—including a distinguished tenure as a partner at Florida’s largest insurance defense firm—Melissa brings an insider’s perspective to personal injury law. Before joining The Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, she spent over thirteen years representing insurance carriers and corporations in high-stakes, complex cases. Her caseload involved defending corporations involved in automobile crashes, slip-and-fall incidents, and serious injury claims. She has tried more than ten jury trials and handled thousands of cases from inception through resolution.
Since joining Anidjar & Levine, she has focused her practice on helping injured parties recover after traumatic events like car crashes or slip-and-falls. Melissa uses her deep knowledge of the defense playbook to stay one step ahead of the other side. By anticipating their moves, she maximizes recovery for her clients. Anidjar & Levine is honored to have Melissa as part of their team, where she has launched and now leads a division devoted to sexual assault victims. As a pioneer in this area of law, she takes pride in seeking justice for female victims after the unimaginable occurs.
Melissa has been recognized by a nationwide insurance carrier and awarded the prestigious Golden Gavel Award for her outstanding trial performance. She frequently lectures on how to properly evaluate bodily injury claims. She is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
Committed to her community, Melissa has been involved with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida for over a decade. As a board member, she helps raise funds to keep parents close to their children during medical treatment.
A lifelong Central Floridian, Melissa was raised in Volusia County and now lives in Orlando with her husband, daughter, and their family dog. When she’s not in the courtroom, she enjoys spending time outdoors—especially at the beach.
