Our 5-Star Group has expanded to include Karin and Tracy Dent, who have lived in and loved Central Florida for over 35 years. Now they have expanded their interests all the way east to the beach and back! With a new condo base at the sandy shores, Karin returned to her passion for real estate and her former partner, Jean, now also partnered with Edson. And Tracy, a legendary sports broadcaster, 20 – year Media Director of the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and owner of Tracy Dent Enterprises, joins the group as marketing director, putting his many skills to use in Real Estate.  Together, New Day RE Group is paving a path from Central Florida straight east to the best beaches, homes and condos not only in Orange County, but now also in Volusia County.

Senior partner Jean, who brings to the group over 30 years of experience in the local market as a trusted realtor, has sold many homes in Central Florida, multiple times. Edson, who was born in Brazil, speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish and has expertise in international investments and relocation, rentals and property management.
