Celebrating Creative Excellence
at the 58th Annual American Advertising Awards

In case you missed it, the 58th Annual American Advertising Awards, hosted by the American Advertising Federation – Orlando (AAF Orlando), was a night to remember as the region’s top creative minds gathered to celebrate outstanding achievements in advertising. Last month’s event honored some of the top talent in the industry, showcasing the innovation, artistry, and storytelling that define Orlando’s advertising landscape.
Honoring the Best in Creativity
With over 150 industry professionals in attendance, including agency leaders, freelancers, in-house marketers, and students, the night was a celebration of talent and impact. More than 100 ADDY Awards were presented, with winners advancing to district competitions and potentially competing at the AAF National Conference in Pittsburgh.
The Best of Show honor went to Universal Orlando Resort for their HHN Videos, demonstrating to the power of strategic storytelling and immersive branding. Championing the Future of Advertising
The American Advertising Awards are not just about celebrating excellence today but also about investing in the future of the industry. This year, two University of Central Florida students, Yzabella De Los Santos and Belle Kinney Winick, were awarded scholarships, made possible by the generosity of bigeye, Net Conversion, OUTFRONT Media, Push, and Six the Agency.
Additionally, Rheniah Toledo (UCF) received an honorable mention and a mentorship session, helping to pave the way for her professional growth.
A Night of Prestige and Innovation
A panel of four advertising professionals from major markets across the U.S. brought their expertise in Creative Direction, Strategy, and Copywriting to the judging process, ensuring the highest standards of excellence in selecting the winners.
As the night came to an end, one thing was understood – Orlando’s advertising community is definitely a space where bold ideas thrive, creative risks are rewarded, and the future of advertising continues to be redefined.
