In addition to being part of these business ventures with her clients, Ms. Gulati owns and runs her own Title Company and has conducted closings which have included Single-Family Homes and Condos, Quadplexes, Multi-Family Apartment Buildings, Hotels, Retail, Industrial and Office Plaza’s, Health Care and Medical Offices, Gas Stations, Senior Living Properties, and Vacant Land.
