Stephanie handles a wide variety of fiduciary litigation matters, including probate and trust litigation and contested guardianship cases. She is committed to protecting vulnerable individuals, particularly victims of elder abuse and financial exploitation, and routinely represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested cases. She is a fearless advocate for her clients, routinely taking on emotionally complex and high-conflict cases where the stakes are often deeply personal.
Outside of her legal practice, Stephanie is an active leader within the legal community. The Florida Bar selected Stephanie to serve on the Florida Probate Rules Committee in 2022-2023, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026. Stephanie has also been an active member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of the Florida Bar for many years and is currently a member of the Executive Council. She is also serving as one of the Co-Vice Chairs of the Legislation Committee for RPPTL, and is a Co-Vice Chair of the Guardianship, Power of Attorney & Advance Directives (GPAAD) Committee. Additionally, she is a member of RPPTL’s Probate and Trust Litigation Committee, and the Probate Law and Procedure Committee.
Stephanie dedicates a substantial amount of time to continuing education on probate, trust and guardianship topics, and is a frequent speaker on fiduciary litigation matters. Her article titled “Void Deeds and Marriages: Challenging a Deed and a Marriage on the Basis of Lack of Capacity or Undue Influence” was recently published in RPPTL’s Summer 2024 issue of ActionLine.
A resident of the Dr. Phillips area of southwest Orlando, Stephanie has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Dr. Phillips for more than ten years. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children on the lake or at the beach.
