Tiffany Thompson-Disler founded the Thompson Family Firm in 2015 because she saw the need for an intimate, boutique feel to family law here in Orlando. Tiffany exclusively practices family law. She earned her B.S. from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) and J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law (Go Canes!). In addition to litigation, Tiffany is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, Guardian Ad Litem and Qualified Parenting Coordinator.
Prioritizing her passion by helping others and providing her clients with personalized legal representation, has made her a go-to resource for those in need of sound yet compassionate legal advice and representation for their family law matters. Along with her dedicated and knowledgeable team and staff, she is committed to providing the best service to her clients. Her commitment to excellence and diligent work ethic supports the Firm’s main goal of helping clients navigate the next chapters of their lives.
Tiffany also dedicates her time in service to her community. She is a proud member of the Orange County Bar Association, Young Lawyers and Family Law Sections, Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Paul C. Perkins Bar Association, GOALFL and Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court. She has served as the Chair of the Ad Hoc Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Florida Bar Family Section from 2020-2022 and the Co-Chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Committee for 2022-2023. She has been recognized as the 10 Best Florida Family Law Attorneys by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys for 2017-2023, Super Lawyer, Rising Star for 2019-2023 and Orlando Awesome Attorney for 2019-2023.
When she is not working, she loves exploring the City Beautiful, cooking, traveling and spending time with her friends, family, wife and three dogs.
