Born and raised in Florida as the second oldest of nine children, Todd learned the value of hard work early on. While earning his Political Science–Pre-Law degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF), he worked nights at UPS to support himself through school. After graduating from law school, Todd began his career as an assistant state attorney, later working as an insurance defense attorney—an experience that gave him rare insight into how insurers evaluate claims. That knowledge now gives him a distinct advantage in securing justice for accident victims.
Over the years, Todd has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for clients across Central Florida. His expertise and professionalism has earned him numerous honors, including an AV Preeminent rating, listings in Florida’s Legal Elite and Super Lawyers, and recognition as Best Personal Injury Attorney and Best Law Firm Overall for three consecutive years in Orlando Weekly’s Best of Orlando. His firm was also named Gold Winner – Best Personal Injury Law Firm by the Orlando Sentinel.
Alongside Todd is his wife, Karen Miner, a highly respected professional with over 25 years of combined experience in finance and real estate. Also a proud UCF graduate, Karen holds a degree in Finance and has built a distinguished career including managing complex financial and property transactions, as well as advising clients on real estate investments, lending, and market trends. Her extensive experience has earned her national recognition for excellence, leadership, and client satisfaction.
