Wanda Reas is a distinguished Workers Compensation and Family law attorney who is a founding shareholding partner at the preeminent boutique firm of Znosko & Reas, P.A., a state of Florida Certified Minority owned business.  Prior to starting her own firm in 2005, her determination and hard work rewarded her with becoming one of a small number of female attorneys who made partner with a large firm based in Orlando.  Born in Bangkok, Thailand, she traveled the world as a child, being exposed to many diverse cultures and people, all of which have now equipped her with a unique perspective. She moved to Florida at an early age, later receiving her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 1994. She went on to Colorado where she graduated from the University of Denver with her Juris Doctorate in 1998.  Attorney Reas specializes in Workers’ Compensation Defense and has extensive experience defending insurance carriers and employers with her aggressive and accomplished approach. She has a profound knowledge of the medical aspects involved in worker’s compensation claims, as well as, extensive experience in litigating complex cases.  Attorney Reas also represents individuals in the area of Family Law, where her combination of dedication, compassion and zealous representation help to provide her clients with successful results. As an advocate for children, she enjoys handling adoption cases, and also serves pro bono as a guardian ad litem on behalf of children in need through the Orange County Bar Association.  Her passion for the rights of children has always been a top priority.  In her practice, Attorney Reas strives to not only accomplish the overall best resolution for each of her cases, but to also achieve her client’s desired end result. This standard of quality and overall integrity, along with her vast skillsets, establish the basis for her practice, and the continued loyalty of her clients who utilize her expertise throughout the state of Florida.

As an experienced attorney who has been practicing for over twenty (20) years, Attorney Reas is very active in several organizations. She has served as President of the Board of Directors for the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association, is a member of The George C. Young American Inn of Court, was appointed as a member of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel, and has also been a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Attorney Reas has been admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court, the Middle District of Florida, and to the Florida Supreme Court.  She has not only lectured at several Florida Workers’ Compensation Law seminars throughout the state of Florida, but has also presented continuing legal education seminars for licensed claims adjusters, and counseled employers on the logistical application of the  Florida Worker’s Compensation process.  She continues to strive for excellence in every capacity, with the ultimate goal of protecting her client’s interests.

Attorney Reas attributes her long standing success to her deep rooted faith and religious foundation, maintaining the fundamental belief that “nothing is more important than God and family”.  She is happily married to, and practices law with, her husband, Gerald. She has a beautiful daughter, and when she isn’t practicing law, loves to spend time with her family.   She also enjoys traveling, getting together with friends, and taking the opportunity to participate in all that Central Florida has to offer.
