Dr. Wissam Elfallal, DO, is a highly trained neurosurgeon dedicated to providing world-class brain and spine care at your community hospital. He received advanced subspecialty training in skull base and minimally invasive spine surgery from Beaumont Health System, where he spent three years as Chief Resident, mentoring medical students and residents.

Dr. Elfallal takes a holistic approach when diagnosing and treating his patients. His special interests include cranial surgery, minimally invasive spine surgery, and peripheral nerve surgery. This comprehensive approach allows him to address a wide range of neurological conditions with precision and care.

Dr. Elfallal currently serves as Chair of Spine for the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and the Minimally Invasive Neurological Society.  He is also a Fellow of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
