Dr. Ly Nguyen is more than a surgeon—she is a visionary in every sense of the word. A board-certified ophthalmologist and founder of Eye Florida, Dr. Nguyen has been repeatedly named a Florida Top Doctor and recognized by Orlando Style Magazine as one of the region’s Elite Doctors and Top Eye Doctors. Her practice has also earned peer recognition in the Guide to Florida’s Top Physicians, solidifying her standing as a trusted leader in eye care.
Born in Vietnam, Dr. Nguyen immigrated to the U.S. as a child—an experience that shaped her deep empathy and drive to serve. She graduated with honors from Brown University, earned her medical degree from the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine, and completed ophthalmology residency at the prestigious University of Colorado Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute.
At Eye Florida, she leads a team dedicated to delivering advanced, compassionate care—specializing in cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, and comprehensive ophthalmology. Her approach fuses cutting-edge technology with personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
A mentor and entrepreneur, Dr. Nguyen also founded OCULUX Natural Supplements, supporting long-term vision health. She shares insights through professional forums and social platforms, empowering both peers and patients.
