Elizabeth is celebrating 20 years of being a Realtor. She started her career in Chicago, Illinois with a small boutique real estate company in the North Shore. Her family relocated to Orlando and Elizabeth has been with Coldwell Banker Realty since 2007. Elizabeth has been passionate about her clients, their families and their life goals. Elizabeth has worked with first time buyers and the excitement of home ownership is very rewarding. She has helped sellers downsize from their family home and the adventure of a new chapter can be emotional. Elizabeth has also established a clientele of investors who own a diverse portfolio of properties, from condos to townhomes to single family homes.
Orlando has become a mecca for buyers and investors due to the influx of growth from businesses to new companies to the expansion of employment opportunities in high tech, healthcare, engineering, entertainment, sports, fine arts and education. Orlando offers the Florida lifestyle with sunshine, palm trees and beaches that are an hour away. Every year the market changes, there are challenges with inventory, mortgage rates, inflation, the global economy, however, everyone has different real estate needs and Elizabeth uses her knowledge, expertise and compassion to navigate her clients through the sales process.
Elizabeth and her husband, Dave, celebrated their 30th anniversary this year. Dave works for Advent Health and they have 3 grown children. 2 have graduated from Florida State University and their youngest is at the University of Florida. They are indeed a house divided but enjoy watching both the Noles and the Gators. Elizabeth volunteers at the Orlando Museum of Art and is on the Community Council for the Junior League of Greater Orlando. Elizabeth is grateful to live in Central Florida and is honored to be voted as “Orlando’s Realtor of the Year 2023!”
