Kari Fleck has spent the past 16 years building Central Florida’s most respected and recognized full-service real estate brokerage. Originally a native of South Miami Beach, she started her career in 1987, as a real estate investor of residential and commercial properties. Using creative methods, she and her husband, Peter, built and managed a robust and diverse portfolio.
She later brought her knowledge and expertise to Windermere in 1993 before starting her own brokerage “The Real Estate Collection”, in 2007 right before the financial crisis. Having to pivot quickly to survive the crash, Kari’s focus became managing investment properties. She relocated her offices to Historic Downtown Winter Garden in 2009 and is now recognized as “Female Broker of the Year” and the owner of the “Boutique Brokerage of the Year” by Orlando Real Producers of the Year.
