Christina Rordam is a name that has become more and more frequently associated with leadership and awards in the Orlando real estate community. She is however a 13 year veteran of the profession and like many “overnight” successes, she’s been paying her dues for a long time. Christina grew up attending open houses and prospecting for new clients in Dr.Phillips with her mother, also a Realtor. Learning the fundamentals of buying and selling homes at such a young age was a priceless lesson, and one she hasn’t forgotten. “ Relationships are the bedrock on which the real estate profession is built. I’ve always understood that each customer is a person with a family and their own set of objectives. I strive to give everyone a custom tailored experience to help them meet their specific goals in real estate, whether it’s flipping 30 properties or selling their family home.”
Christina is an Orlando native, with depth and breadth of experience locally. Initially Christina sold new homes for the city’s top builders. When the market changed Christina showed her flexibility and made the move into selling foreclosures for lenders small and large, earning the prestigious designation of Certified Distressed Property Expert. Christina is also a Certified Sales professional and Certified Negotiation Expert, skills she uses to get her sellers top dollar and her buyers the best deals possible.
Ultimately her career evolved into a referral based business, with most clientele reaching her through recommendations or buying and selling multiple homes with her assistance. She was nominated as one of the 20 under 40 Rising Stars by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association in its inaugural year and has been in ORRA’s Top Producer Club every year since its inception. As her star continues to rise Christina has also ascended the ranks in local real estate leadership through participation in ORRA’s Young Professionals Network Committee and Honor Society.
