Artisan Dental has been serving Central Florida for over 40 years. Our mission is to create an environment of honesty and professionalism where the patients feel comfortable, cared for, and welcomed. Every patient will be aware of the quality of the care they receive and of the sincere care of the staff for them. Only through excellence in dentistry, coupled with quality relationships among staff and patients, can we achieve a positive contribution to the oral health and happiness of those we contact.
Dr. Mary Isaacs and Dr. Christine Nguyen strive for excellence by providing quality care and support for their patients on a private, individualized, and personal foundation. Their purpose is to achieve mutual respect, long-term relationships, and to get to the root cause of disease before the symptoms appear. Dr. Isaacs and Dr. Nguyen take pride in treating the patient, not just the disease, from prevention to diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Isaacs graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry with Honors in 1992 and completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency program at the University of Missouri in Kansas City in 1993.
Dr. Nguyen attended the University of Florida where she earned an undergraduate degree in Food Science and Nutrition in 2009. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2014.
Dr. Isaacs was first introduced to Dr. Nguyen in 2016 while she was mentoring a workshop in Scottsdale, AZ. They reunited in 2018 and Dr. Isaacs knew she was the perfect fit for the office. Dr. Nguyen joined Artisan Dental as an associate dentist in 2019.
As part of their commitment, Dr. Isaacs and Dr. Nguyen regularly attend continuing education classes. This involves extensive training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including restoring dental implants, bio- rejuvenation, and oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea and TMD pain. Dr. Isaacs’ training includes ongoing workshops, hands-on training, and is a visiting faculty at Spear Education and a mentor at Schuster Center for Professional Development and the Stewart Center. They believe that to find a naturally beautiful smile, you need to find an experienced dentist who is dedicated to their patients and professional growth. Dr. Isaacs and Dr. Nguyen take great pride in their patients and their passion to make a difference in people’s lives.
We strongly believe that there is a huge oral-systemic connection and the office has made major changes over the last year. Dr. Nguyen has implemented the safe mercury removal protocol (SMART). Dr. Isaacs has become a VIVOS Integrative provider, which promotes breathing and wellness in children and adults. Dr. Isaacs will be receiving her Diplomate in Dental Sleep Medicine this year.
