Brown Immigration Law 

Attorney Erin Brown is a Partner at Brown Immigration Law (BIL), a national immigration law firm that focuses on assisting corporations and individuals with the complexities of US immigration law.  A seasoned practitioner with over a decade of experience, Erin leads the firm’s practice in Orlando and helps oversee the firm’s overall national practice. 

Erin graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in social work.  After graduation, she worked at the firm in an administrative capacity, assisting her father, who founded BIL in the early 2000s.  After being involved in all aspects of the business of a law practice, Erin decided to pursue her own legal career, obtaining her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University, where she graduated magna cum laude.  Her unique educational background coupled with her real-world business experience has given Erin a bedrock of knowledge that she has used in advising clients towards achieving their specific objectives. Erin is licensed in Ohio and Florida and advises clients around the world on US immigration matters. 

Outside of her legal practice, Erin is heavily involved with a variety of nonprofit and advocacy organizations.  She is on the Board of Directors of the Foundation of the Federal Bar Association, with the mission to promote and support legal research and education, advance the science of jurisprudence, facilitate the administration of justice and foster improvements in the practice of Federal Law.  A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Erin was the past President of the Federal Bar Association for the Northern District of Ohio and served on the board of directors for Global Cleveland.  Erin has been featured in various publications, including Attorney at Law Magazine and was recently recognized as a 2024 Crain’s Business Notable Women in Law.
