Gonzalez Law Firm, P.L.

“Clients are not mere numbers, or just dollars and cents. My clients’ interests must be handled the way I expect my interests or my family’s interest to be cared for, ethically, honestly and fervently.”

Francisco J. Gonzalez is a civil trial lawyer whose areas of practice include wrongful death, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, and other personal injury matters. Francisco also handles Social Security Disability cases, Immigration, consumer Bankruptcy matters, and is an Athlete Agent and General Counsel with the Pro Soccer Player agency. The success of Francisco’s law practice stems from his ability to connect with his clients through personalized services.

Francisco received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.  Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.

After being involved in several successful law partnerships, Francisco founded Gonzalez Law Firm P.L., where he continues to represent clients in different facets of law. Francisco has represented thousands of injured individuals who have been victims of someone else’s negligence, with a focus on protecting the rights of his clients in successful resolution of their claims, through settlement negotiations and/or civil actions. Additionally, he has successfully represented thousands of disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration, securing Social Security Disability benefits for these clients due to their inability to sustain employment.

Francisco’s Immigration practice includes Family related petitions, Business and Investment visas, Asylum, Athlete visas, as well as visas for Scientists and Skilled foreigners.

A native of Venezuela, Francisco grew up competing in numerous sports. He eventually moved to the U.S., where he competed in multiple sports from an early age. Francisco later played soccer at the collegiate level and after college until 1998. However, his passion for sports has never subsided, and finds that representing athletes brings the perfect union between his love for the art of sports and representing those who seek to make it a profession. As an Athlete Agent and Advisor, he focuses on representing athletes’ interests and assisting them in achieving their goals, not only as sports professionals, but also in their lives after sports as well.

Francisco is admitted to practice law in State of Florida, including the Middle Federal District Court, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the District of Columbia. He currently serves as Secretary of the Oklahoma Wesleyan University Board of Trustees, and the Board of Directors of Humanitarian Airlift International, an organization that operates aircraft in support of medical facilities in the United States and Mexico.

Francisco currently resides in the Central Florida area with his lovely wife, Lisa, and their four children.
