Nicole Hill-Eugene was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago then migrated to Brooklyn, NY in 1988.  Nicole was full of enthusiasm and adapted to the energy of New York City. After sixteen years of working in corporate America at some fortune 500 companies like Deloitte and Touche and Goldman Sachs and having survived September 11th, Nicole and her family were ready for a change.  

Her family moved to Orlando, Florida on July 3, 2004 and so did the 4 hurricanes that year. Her family still embraced Orlando as their new home and after settling into the routine of work-life balance Nicole wanted more but was not sure what. After 2008 the real estate market was hit very hard but having gone through two purchasing transactions of her own and negotiating her own deal on the second purchase, she knew real estate was where her heart was.  

As a lover of architecture, home interior design and everything related (not to mention the constant weekend travels to most of the new home construction models in the Central Florida area), Nicole decided to get her real estate license. She pursued real estate part-time at Blair Realty Group, Inc. while continuing to work at Marriott Vacation Worldwide Corp. headquarters. She also attained her 2-15 license (life, health and annuities) as another way to educate her clients on building wealth and leaving a legacy.  In 2020 after working 15 years at Marriott, Nicole was laid off during the pandemic and also dealt with the loss of her mom, Nicole went full-time into the real estate market as residential real estate professional and became a member of the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist club (CLHMS).
