To Celebrate this Valentine’s Day
Pink Champagne Floats are the perfect Valentine’s Day cocktails and dessert all in one! This fun treat is the same as a regular float, but it’s made with pink champagne and raspberry sorbet for something classy and festive. Talk about a romantic dessert idea!
Ingredients:
2-3 scoops raspberry sorbet
1 cup pink champagne I used Barefoot Pink Moscato
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Directions:
– Place scoops of sorbet in large wine glass.
– 2-3 scoops raspberry sorbet
– Pour champagne over the sorbet.
– 1 cup pink champagne
– Top with fresh raspberries
– Allow to melt while you sip or eat with a spoon, either way works
