Dr. Arca grew up in a town located across the bay from the bustling city of Manila in the Philippines. His hometown was multicultural with Spanish, Asian, and American influences due to ties with the former Naval base, Sangley Point. His mother was a pioneering pediatrician in the area and his father was a lawyer. 

Dr. Arca finished his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Doctor of Medicine degree from De La Salle University in the Philippines with honors. He moved to the United States in 1999 and lived in Detroit Michigan, afterwards moving to Florida, where he finished his internship and residency in family medicine at University of Florida in Jacksonville. He Served in the United States Air Force, stationed at Homestead Air Base in South Florida serving in the 482nd fighter wing medical corp. Relocated to the central Florida area, Dr. Arca was chosen set up one of a major chain of urgent care clinics in the Osceola area. He also worked for two hospitalist groups in Central Florida and in 2008 He established Central Florida Physicians LLC. 

Dr. Arca is Board Certified in Family Medicine and had various medical experiences and leadership roles. A former Industrial and occupational health medical director, Immunization director for USAF, unit medical director at Florida Hospital Apopka and still active as medical directors for several long-term care facilities. As an associate professor at UCF college of medicine, he was awarded the preceptor excellent award. He Currently holds Privileges at Orlando Health and the Advent health Hospital systems. 

A family man, an avid golfer, an artist and a musician make up for balance in his life. His focus nowadays is Geriatrics and is mainly based in downtown Orlando with the Orlando Senior Network. Dr. Arca is also involved as a medical/business administrator, teacher and involve in several local and international charities. 

 As CEO of Central Florida Physicians LLC, Dr. Arca has kept the practice operating during these challenging times. The practice includes a private clinic and home visiting medical providers. The practice is currently covering several assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities in the central Florida area. The practice continues to innovate and adapt to the changing landscape of healthcare, while providing personal and quality care to all their patients.
