Dr. Marcano did his undergraduate studies at The University of Pennsylvania and received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Marcano has taken numerous continuing education courses in the implant, laser, and cosmetic dentistry fields. His practice is fully reconstructive and cosmetically restorative. One of the most appealing aspects of his practice is his use of laser dentistry, making most procedures drill-free.
Dr. Marcano is a pioneer in the use of the Ultratooth Implant System, which is the first and only FDA approved dental implant system that allows for immediate implant placement after a tooth extraction. With this technology, Dr. Marcano’s patients enjoy the luxury of a functioning Ultratooth Implant the same day of extraction and are able to chew normally within minutes of the procedure. He is one of the few doctors in the state of Florida with this technology.

As a certified trainer for Biodent’s Ultratooth Implant System, Dr. Marcano has trained hundreds of dentists at the company’s headquarters in Simi Valley, California. He is also a trainer for the World Clinical Laser Institute and has certified hundreds of dentists in the use of lasers.
