Marcia has a sales volume of approximately $100 Million, and has attained the level of multi-million dollar producer every year for well over the past decade. It is important to note that her sales volume of approximately $100 Million are personal sales, not those of a team or group. Specialized designations include the Graduate of Realtor Institute specialization (GRI), as well as certification as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Accredited Staging Professional. Marcia is equipped to assist clients whether they are buying their first home or their luxurious multimillion dollar dream home. 

Marcia’s Master in Business Administration (MBA) features a specialization in Marketing, equipping her with the exemplary skill set required to effectively market properties and transform homes into beautiful listings that sell for top dollar.  

Due to the length of her career, coupled with the multigenerational longevity of Castro Realty Group in the Central Florida area, and the loyalty of satisfied customers, Marcia’s sales territory covers not only the Orange County market, but also Seminole, Lake, and Osceola Counties.  

As a lifelong resident of Central Florida and the Windermere area, one of her greatest strengths is in assisting families relocating to the area. Helping these families understand the area, secure wonderful homes, and negotiate pricing, are part of her proven track record of success. 

In addition to serving clients as a Real Estate Broker, Marcia previously took the coursework and examination to obtain licensure as a mortgage broker and also held ownership in a title company. She obtained those designations because she believes that the best way to ensure that she serves her real estate clients best is to ensure that she knows what they will encounter every step of the way. She has also personally bought, renovated, and sold close to 100 properties, providing in-depth knowledge of renovation and the power of real estate investing.  

As a natural extension of her passion for real estate, Marcia has been a speaker at multiple real estate classes, has spoken to high school students about investing in real estate, and helps others learn to invest in and renovate properties through her website at
